 When I first met Nicole, I knew that her story would be anything but ordinary. I could feel the electricity of excitement from Mom who had joined for our initial meeting, and the way Nicole blushed and beamed as Mom gushed about their love story, I could tell. These two were going to be exceptional to work with. I hadn't yet met Steve, but I knew ALL about him by the time we met for their engagement photos. Nicole and Steve met in high school. They never dated, but were close friends during (arguably) one of the most trying times in anyone's life. High school is a defining time in life learning- who are you going to be, what do you believe in, when you have control of your life which way will you take it? They separated after high school and lost touch, but Nicole's being stayed with Steve. As Mom put it, "He compared every single girl he dated to Nicole." After years of being disconnected, Nicole and Steve found one another again. It was a no brainer. These two... These two compliment one another so well. I know their destination Italian wedding is going to be out of this world insanely gorgeous, and I can't wait to capture their reception at The Transept after which is sure to be the same!
