Danielle and Bill are getting married this September, actually on the first day of Fall. With it constantly feeling like winter around here these days, I was relieved that we had picked a rare sunny and warm morning to take their engagement photos. Clifton was a big part of their lives, as well as their rescue pup, and Skyline Chili. Originally, we were just going to utilize the iconic sign, but then I thought "Do you guys want to do some inside? I bet they will let us. Lets go inside. It'll be good, I promise." We arrived right as they were unlocking the doors and they graciously allowed us to start our shoot. They also provided us with the most beautiful cheese coneys I've ever laid eyes on. We ventured back outside to the beautiful early Spring day we were having. The amount of laughing we did in this session was unbelievable. These two are a perfect fit together. They had no qualms about dancing down the sidewalk, or laying down on the ground and cuddling up. These two were so happy to simply be around one another. Near the end of our session, we had hiked a bit into Burnett Woods. Danielle was in heels and carefully scaled her way up the trail, but Bill was ready and willing at the moments ask to pick her up and carry her wherever she wanted to go. I more commonly hear "You shouldn't have worn those shoes", so it was a refreshing moment to witness. These two are amazing. Flat out. I'm ready for Spring to melt into Summer, so we are closer to hanging out again in the Fall! I can only imagine I'll be smiling for weeks after their wedding day.
